										| We have always traveled
with a camera (or cameras) in our hands.
										Sometimes the most ordinary object
becomes a memory. The things we
										photograph in other cultures seem
strange to the inhabitants of that land
because it seems like an everyday view
										to them.
 When we lived in Japan,
we invited the family of our Japanese
friends to our home for Thanksgiving.
Imagine our surprise when they took
photos of the batchroom. We shouldn't
have been surprised because we have lots
of photos of bathrooms in Japan, Taiwan
										and other faraway places.

 We
have been extremely fortunate to have
lived in and visited many exciting
										destinations, each having their own
										culture and characteristics.
